Bio

Maggie is currently a graduate student at the University of Virginia where she is pursuing her Master of Public Policy from the Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy. She graduated with distinction from UVA in May 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs and a minor in Spanish. While an undergraduate student, Maggie served as News Editor of the UVA student newspaper, The Cavalier Daily. She is currently a class representative for graduate school student council and a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Maggie has held a number of internships during her college career, including serving as a research assistant for the global conflict resolution non-profit One Earth Future Foundation in Colorado as well as a research intern with the Global Policy Center at the Batten School. She is currently interning with the Office of Public Affairs at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency and hopes to pursue a career in public service.
