Bio

I am a twenty-year veteran of Human Resources specializing in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement. Currently, I serve as the Senior Director of Employee Relations and Talent Management at the American Pharmacists Association in Washington, DC. I am a trusted advisor to the Executive Office and the Senior Leadership Council. My career has included working at many of the largest industries including retail services, academia, government, and technology. I have served as the President of DCSHRM and was the Vice President of Programs for the chapter over the past several years. I have also served as a mentor to many of the young professionals in HR and have enjoyed watching their careers flourish. When I am not busy working and volunteering you may find me reading, rocking out to music and working on my future travel adventure.
